Saturday Wine Tasting Schedule

Every Saturday afternoon, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., the Black Bear Team hosts a wine-tasting event. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, the wine choices are excellent, and the opportunity to expand your wine horizons is one you shouldn't miss. Come join us!

Conte Estate Chardonnay 2009 $17.99

The wine displays ripe peach and melon aromas with mild citrus complexity on the palate. Part fermentation in oak followed by partial 'malo' has given a creamy depth and refined elegance to this wine. The lasting impression is of fresh, crisp fruit in a medium bodied style, and a delightful zesty citrus finish.

Andean Condor Peak Shiraz 2009 $18.99

Fruity and forward, with tasty plum and blackberry notes laced with a streak of roasted vanilla. This has a nice silky, medium-weight finish.

Oveja Negra Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah 2009 $12.99

The nose shows tremendous red and black fruit expression with notes of blackberries and blueberries as well as sweet spices that recall cinnamon and cloves. The oak aging contributes medium to high intensity notes of vanilla, light toast and caramel. The palate presents high volume and good structure with ripe tannins and an attractive persistence.
